We support one another in reimagining business success and sharing solid business practices in a safe space. Currently, there is no avenue connecting African American women business owners to each other with economic and relational capital support. We are privileged to fill this gap in our state.

As a LEAP businesswoman, you’ll be committing to…
- Two months of training through a combination of in-person sessions and activities
- Listening to expert advice from leading business and entrepreneurial experts in the areas of legal structure, accounting, business strategy and development, hiring and management, and other matters
- Forming professional, social, and personal mentorships and adhering to leadership support from matched trusted advisors
- Establishing connections with fellow local entrepreneurs
- Heeding to mental and emotional health support that addresses battles uncommon to other populations
- Presenting your business in our Graduation Showcase to financial representatives
